OK so its not really modified modified, but it has LPG, and thats a mod of a kind.

This was our runaround, and to be honest its a little scruffy around the dges, but it has LPG which costs around 50p per litre, and a towbar - we used to use it for towing, trailers etc.

I lost the key to this car about a month after its last MOT, and we cannot even get the doors to open, and Ford said the key would be about £60 plus programming,, and with all the extras that added up to £200, but an autlocksmith said between £100 and £160 including two keys, reprogramming, and visiting the car.

It now has no MOT or tax but was always really nice to drive, and has only done less than 1000 miles since its last MOT. Its got about 140,000 on the clock, but was a nice one to drive.

2 brand new tyres fitted to the front for its MOT, at a cost of £100. If you have not seen the space in a Mondeo Estate is huge - so much bigger than most Estates. It does need a new front spring, which I will change in the price, as I already have a pair of replacments.

It has a few dents, and scratches and the rear bumper was reversed into by our trailer, but it drives very well. The window is not damaged, on the nearside - its just with the car deadlocked, its the only way into the car, so we left it open.

Great car, but no time to sort.

Second hand gas kit alone would be worth at least £250, without the car.
